Self-Compassion

Description: In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn what self-compassion is, how to notice self-talk, tame the inner critic and cultivate inner kindness.

This workshop is designed to alleviate overwhelm, self-doubt, and perfectionism while building a healthy inner dialogue and relationship with ourselves. We learn how to have our own back and move through life’s challenges with ease.

We will cover the inner critic & inner coach, self-soothing strategies, the self-compassion break, and experience a loving-kindess meditation.

Description: In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn what boundaries are (and what they are not), the different types of boundaries, how to take inventory of your own, how to sense into the body if something is a yes or no, examples and scripts of boundaries for various scenarios and how this looks in real life.

This workshop is key to preventing burnout, loss of self, and resentment, and to maintaining healthy dynamics at work, in relationships & with self. It is ideal for anyone in a caregiving role or profession or those who are looking to keep themselves whole.

NEW In-person class: Join our weekly mindfulness meditation class to keep up your practice, refine skills, and connect within. Designed for those with prior meditation experience.
