My life changed when I left my 9-5 as a teacher and discovered what truly creates safety in life. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t what we’ve been sold – it was within me.
Through this inward journey, I learned to feel my feelings, honour my needs, practice “no,” and walk through fear with compassion. That’s what I now teach: how to build safety, trust, and ease from the inside out.
