  • Join on your phone, laptop or computer from a quiet space where you can take a few moments for you. Calls will be hosted on Zoom.

  • We will have the video replays available and sent by email each day, so you can tune in when fits in your schedule.

  • Absolutely! Ensure they sign up from their own device so they can receive the emails to access calls, replays and practice tips.

  • We will move together everyday for five days - consistency is key in learning a new skill, and I will be there to guide you through. There will also be an opportunity for further guidance should you find that supportive.
