The Holding Space

A sacred circle for women craving depth, connection, and space to land.

virtual women’s circle

This circle is for you if:

  • You’ve been feeling the weight of being a woman in the world right now

  • You’re craving depth, not small talk

  • You’re in a season of transition, reflection or recalibration

  • You want community without performance

  • You want to connect with other women who are making it priority to move intentionally

If any part of you exhaled reading that, this space was created with you in mind.

The circle supports women in:

  • Moving from isolation → connection

  • From consumption → integration

  • From holding it alone → being supported

  • From autopilot → intentional presence

  • From mental processing → embodied experience

What You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A renewed sense of steadiness

  • A felt sense of connection

  • Insight that only emerges in shared space

  • Integration space (not just more information)

  • A collective exhale

Spring Circle

Theme: The Ground Before the Growth

A circle devoted to inward tending and self-resourcing - exploring how deep self-attunement becomes the foundation for what’s to come this year.

Why This Matters

Growth without grounding leads to burnout. Expansion without self-attunement creates disconnection. Before we ask more of ourselves this year, we root.

The circle will include:

  • Grounding to centre

  • Guided reflection to open depth

  • Space for conversation and shared witnessing

  • Gentle closing integration

Date & Time: March 12, 6:30 PM PST

Location: Virtual (Zoom)

Investment: $33 CAD

The Container

This is a small, facilitated circle. You will never be forced to share, and you are welcome exactly as you are. The space is gently guided and thoughtfully held to ensure depth, brave space, and meaningful connection.
