During a treatment, a Reiki practitioner detects blocked or disrupted ki (energy) within a client's body, and directs Reiki healing energy there to create a free flow of energy, facilitating deep healing and revitalization.

During a Reiki session, clients feel a sense of deep relaxation (often resulting in sleep!), and may experience sensations such as tingling, pulsations, warmth, or cooling.

My Distance Reiki treatments are ideal for you if you are looking for a convenient way to access healing support from the comfort of your own home.

Reiki, being an energy, has no physical limitations. As such, it can be sent over long distances and doesn’t require the practitioner to be in the same physical location as their client.

From previous client experiences, Distance Reiki sessions can also allow for more intuitive messages to come through for the client.
