Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive Japanese healing modality that restores balance and promotes deep healing within the body.

Living in such a fast paced world, our bodies can store a tremendous amount of stress, tension and energy. Over time, this tension and blocked energy can cause a wide range of imbalances and dysfunctions within the body.

Reiki healing works to address these imbalances and promote the body’s natural ability to heal itself, leaving the client feeling renewed and aligned once again.

During a treatment, a Reiki practitioner detects blocked or disrupted ki (energy) within a client's body, and directs Reiki healing energy there to create a free flow of energy, facilitating deep healing and revitalization.

During a Reiki session, clients feel a sense of deep relaxation (often resulting in sleep!), and may experience sensations such as tingling, pulsations, warmth, or cooling.

My Distance Reiki treatments are ideal for anyone who lives outside the West Kootenays and is looking to experience a Reiki healing session from the comfort of their own home!

Reiki, being an energy, has no physical limitations. As such, it can be sent over long distances and doesn’t require the practitioner to be in the same physical location as their client.

From previous client experiences, Distance Reiki sessions can also allow for more intuitive messages to come through for the client.
